SCFH Clinic Closure Notice July 26th & July 29th, 2024

Please be advised that the clinic will be closed on Friday, July 26th and Monday, July 29th for scheduled system upgrades. We will not have access to our system during this time. These upgrades are necessary to enhance patient and family experiences and we appreciate your understanding. We will resume regular business hours at 8:00 am, on Tuesday, July 30th.

If you are scheduled with any of our DAFHT wellness providers at 167 Centre Street, Shelburne on July 26th or July 29th and have any questions, you can call the Dufferin Area Family Health Team at 519-938-8802 to discuss your appointment details.
